Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Cotton Grower to join our agricultural team. As a Cotton Grower, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of cotton cultivation, from planning and planting to harvesting and post-harvest activities. Responsibilities:

Crop Planning and Preparation:

  • Select suitable cotton varieties based on environmental factors.

Planting and Cultivation:

  • Monitor and manage irrigation systems to ensure proper water supply.

Maintenance and Care:

Harvesting:

  • Determine the optimal time for harvesting based on crop maturity.

Post-Harvest Activities:
